First Day:

Start matches every1 hour and 30 minutes, if more time is needed not a problem:

Weigh-ins          9am

Second Day:

Round 1:           8:00 Technique session forwrestlers taught by coaches (optional for your team), on 4 mats with 4different technique instruction taking place.
