I H S

I. H. S. is the acrynom we use for our In-House Suspension Program.

What exactly is In-House?

In-House Suspension is used for students who may have, otherwise been suspensded out-of-school, to still be in a (restricted) school/learning environment.
Teachers write student referrals for disruptive and inappropriate behaviors and depending on the individual students discipline record they may be assigned to one class period of In-House or an entire day.
Security and Administrators can place a student in IHS for the entire day.
