Campus Security

Frontier has 2 Campus Security Personnel, Colleen Ramsdell and Tyler Knotts, who work closely with Ms. Stevens (principal), Mr. Nelson (assoc principal) and Ms. Uelmen (assoc principal)  to handle various duties such as assisting with student conflict resolution, conducting preliminary investigations, plus following up on discipline and student problems.

Ramsdell and Knotts provide security support to the educational process.  They work to protect the rights and property of the students and employees at Frontier. They enforce school policies and regulations relating to safety and security.  They can also be the starting point to report harassment, bullying, intimidation and all safety concerns. While their main job is to ensure a calm environment geared toward student learning, we are also available for students in capacities such as; advocating for students and interacting with teachers and counselors to help students be successful both academically and socially.

We take pride in knowing and understanding our students here at Frontier.  Much of the day we are out of our offices, patrolling the school campus.  Students should feel free to approach us whenever we are on campus or come to the Front Office and ask for us.

*After school detentions are supervised by both Colleen and Tyler on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they are usually held in classroom 37 until 4:00 pm, the activity bus arrives sometime between 4:15-4:30.*
