WELCOME:

I have been a practicing Speech-Language-Pathologist for 28+ years and love working with students. I currently work with 6th, 7th and 8th grade students at Shahala, providing diagnostic, therapuetic and consultative services to students with a wide variety of communication challenges.

The "Joy of Communication is truly Ageless," and coming to work each day and working with the Shahala community (students-families-staff) is such a pleasure. I feel very honored to be a part of such a wonderful, collaborative team!

I have previously served on the "Autism Task Force" for the state of Washington, and have been a frequent guest speaker at numerous "You are the Expert Conferences." I am an active member of ASHA (American Speech & Hearing Association) and also hold the "Certificate of Clinical Competence." I am a frequent consultant to surrounding School District's and schools across the state, helping to implement "Communication Strategies" for children and adolescents with communication differences and challenges.
