Hello! Welcome to the music room! This is my sixth year teaching music and my third year teaching at BBC. This year I will be teaching the Primary and Intermediate Life Skills Classes, Kindergarten, First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth grades. I also teach an afterschool 4/5 choir on Tuesdays and Thursdays till December.
 
Music is one of my favorite things to play and teach. It truly is a passion! I have a Bachelor's in Music Performance on the flute and I recently graduated with my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on integrated arts. I play my flute in a local community group with many other Evergreen music educators called Southwest Washington Wind Symphony. The concerts are free and performed locally. Look for invitations to our concerts throughout the school year!
 
Outside of music, I enjoy reading, walking/hiking, cooking (and eating!) and spending time with my husband.

Every student receives two (2) thirty minute music lessons each week
