Lunch Account: All students have a food service account that functions like a debit account. Checks may be deposited in a student's account at any time and any denomination is acceptable. You may also pay online. Please make checks payable to Evergreen Public Schools. Free/Reduced lunch forms were sent home the first day of school and are available in the office.
Student Lunch $1.80, Breakfast .95 cents, Milk .45 cents, Reduced Lunch .40 cents, and Adult Lunch $3.25.
Bulletin: Bulletins are emailed, once a month, to each family that has an email address in our system. If you do not have an email address or you want a hard copy sent home with your child please contact the office. The bulletins will also be posted on School Wires. This is one way we communicate events and other information to you. Please take time to review the bulletin and mark your calendar for upcoming dates and events.
Arrival/Departure/Supervision: Supervision begins at 9:05 a.m. and ends at 3:35 p.m. Please do not drop your child(ren) off at school before 9:05 a.m. Parents are responsible for promptly picking up their children after school. Thank you.
Volunteer Background Check Forms: Every volunteer needs to do a background check form. The forms are available in our office or on line. To print them out on line go to the district website at www.evergreenps.org, click on Parents, then Forms & Resources and then Volunteer Application. Please bring it to our office so we can witness your signature. You will also need a copy of your drivers license. These forms need to be returned at least two weeks before you begin volunteering in our building.
Register to Vote: Are you new to the area? Patrons must be registered in order to vote. You may register by filling out the voter registration card in our office.
Riverview PTO: The Riverview Parent Teacher Organization welcomes your participation and support. Get acquainted at Open House, come to a general meeting and be sure to pick up a volunteer flyer. All volunteers must fill out a Volunteer Background Check form. They are available on line and in our office. Your help is always needed. For more information please contact PTO President Lisa Litchfield at 882-8400.
Daycare: Daycare is available on site from 6:30 to 9:05 a.m. and 3:35 - 6:00 p.m. Please contact Amanda at 253-4707 or the daycare main office at ESD at 750-7501 for more information.
