The Do's and Don'ts of the All Night Party

Following is some general information on the details and logistics of the All Night Grad Party:
Bag-n-Tag: All pre-paid students report to Bag-n-Tag at Cascade Middle School between 6:45 and 7:25 PM with their backpack or duffle bag of items they would like to have at the party with them (see what to bring below). Students going to the party will check-in and receive a numbered wristband (the wristband must be worn to be admitted to the party), have their bag checked for contraband items and have the bag labeled and loaded onto a truck bound for the party.

Emergency Contact and Medical Information: Contact & Medical info is required for all party participants – we will make every attempt to gather this prior to graduation – if you are unsure if your information has been received please contact the Senior Parent Association at mvsrparents2013@gmail.com.

Transportation: Immediately following Graduation, and return of gowns, the students with wristbands will load district school buses and head to their Grad Party! By tradition the destination of the party is a well guarded secret, but an emergency contact phone number will be made available to parents at the end of the Graduation Ceremony.
ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING THE PARTY MUST RIDE THE SCHOOL BUSES PROVIDED AND STAY FOR THE ENTIRE PARTY.
Students will be transported back to the McKenzie Stadium area parking lot via school bus; anticipated arrival is between 5:00 and 5:30 AM on Thursday June 13th. Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation home from the McKenzie Stadium area parking lot.
Overnight Parking: Students may leave vehicles in the parking lot at McKenzie Stadium at their own risk. There will be security personnel patrolling the lot that night; however they are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles or contents left in vehicles.
