The ASB Office is located in the 500 building, next to the front office, across from the book room.

ASB Office Hours:

7:00 am - 11:00 am

11:40 am - 3:00 pm

Cash or checks only are accepted, please make checks payable to UHS.

2011-2012 Fee Schedule:

ASB Card $30.00

*Yearbook $50.00 with the purchase of an ASB card

*Yearbook $55.00

Athletic Family Pass $85.00

Athletic User Fee $50.00 ($25.00 if student is enrolled in free/reduced lunch program)

Student Parking Permit $20.00 - Juniors and Seniors only

*Yearbook prices increase on 01/01/12 to $55.00 if an ASB card has been purchased and $60.00 if an ASB card has not been purchased.
