This is my fourth year teaching in an ALC classroom at Pioneer. This will be my first year teaching 4th and 5th graders. I previously taught at the Early Childhood Center. I'm excited to work with each one of my students and families this year! It always amazes me how much my students grow and change over the school year.

c l a s s s c h e d u l e

Each day we will have a Reading, Writing and Math block. During this blocks of time students will be engaged in a variety of activities. Many of these activities will be in small groups that rotate. Our classroom will have weekly classroom meetings to discuss issues that arise in our classroom such as problem solving peer relationships, and discussing school and classroom rules. We will have Art twice a week and choice time Friday afternoons for those students that complete and bring their homework back.
