Boundary Exception Information for 2013-14

Beginning Monday, January 7, 2013 parents may submit In-District boundary exception forms for the 2013-14 school year to the Burgundy Complex, at District Office.  This process will include students in “K” – 12^th grade.  Decisions will not be made at that time, but we will accept the paperwork and then wait for staffing to be determined at each of the schools.  Staffing will be determined by late Spring, and parents will then be notified by the Boundary Department.  Any student already on an In-District boundary exception, does not need to reapply if the request will be for the same school.  Kindergarten decisions will not be made until late August.

Any student currently on an Out-of-District boundary exception to come into the Evergreen District, must renew your Out-of-District application on or after May 1^st, 2013 for the 2013-14 school year.  This renewal must begin at the resident district office in which you live, but can not begin until May 1^st or later.
